company, we put the quality of our work and the core of our principles first.
Humans connecting with humans
At Bardsword Press, we take our role as storytellers and artists very seriously. As part of that, we do not use generative AI in our process. Our reasons are simple: We believe that each human should do the deep creative work that is theirs alone to do and their gift alone to give. We feel that the world is not made better by handing off to artificial intelligence the responsibility to give of ourselves. The human factor is not replaceable. We believe it’s better for us to do the hard work of art with our own hearts, minds, and hands, and by so doing to connect with each other in a true and genuine way.
We go to great lengths to ensure that every word is typed by a human, every brush stroke made by a human, and every idea thought up by a human. Our fingerprints, our soul-prints, are in every creation from Bardsword Press, and we would not have it any other way.
